  • Landless beneficiaries will be provided land rights by state/UT governments

2. Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP)

  • Financial assistance for EWS beneficiaries for houses built by state/UT/city/public/private agencies
  • Redeemable Housing Vouchers for beneficiaries purchasing homes from private projects

3. Affordable Rental Housing (ARH)

  • Provide rental housing for working women, industrial workers, urban migrants, homeless individuals, students, and other eligible beneficiaries
  • Ensure affordable and clean living spaces for urban residents with short-term housing needs or those unable to afford a home purchase

4. Interest Subsidy Scheme (ISS)

  • Up to 4% interest subsidy on the first loan of up to ₹8 lakh
  • Benefit available for a maximum period of 12 years
  • Beneficiaries can avail a loan of up to ₹25 lakh for properties valued up to ₹35 lakh
  • Maximum subsidy of ₹1.80 lakh, disbursed in installments over five years
