Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription or paid service at any time. Here’s how:
- How to Cancel: Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to “Billing” or “Account Settings” > “Manage Subscription.” Select “Cancel Plan.” Alternatively, email us at support@aitopsite.com with your account details.
- Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Your access will remain active until then—no prorated refunds for partial periods.
- Free Trial: If you’re on a 7-day free trial, cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges. No notice required.
- Sponsored Listings/Affiliates: For one-time sponsorships, cancellation within 24 hours of payment is allowed; after that, it’s non-cancellable due to service delivery.
We do not auto-renew if you cancel, but you’re responsible for monitoring your billing.
Refunds
All sales of digital services on aitopsite.com are final and non-refundable, as they provide immediate access to content and tools (in line with industry standards for digital products). However, we offer limited exceptions:
- Eligibility: Refunds are considered only for genuine errors, such as double charges, unintended subscriptions, or service not as described. No refunds for change of mind, misuse, or after content access begins.
- Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. For subscriptions, a full refund is possible only if canceled within this window and no access is used.
- Process: Email support@aitopsite.com with: account email, transaction ID/date, reason, and proof (e.g., screenshot). We’ll review within 5-7 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method (may take 3-10 days).
- Exceptions/No-Refund Clauses:
- Digital downloads/tools: No refunds once accessed.
- Affiliate commissions/sponsorships: Non-refundable as they involve third-party partnerships.
- Multiple requests: We reserve the right to refuse if suspected of abuse.
- Partial Refunds/Prorated Credits: Not offered; full refunds only if eligible.
Refunds do not include taxes or processing fees. In India, this complies with applicable consumer laws.
